So what did I learn this week my body doesn't want nuts and seeds. Had banting rusks for breakfast this week and I am up a 1kg. I am really down about this but its one of those things! From tomorrow its back to egg coffee or eggs and bacon for breakfast.

Diet Calendar Entry for 18 September 2015:
1881 kcal Fat: 105.57g | Prot: 145.52g | Carb: 38.91g.   Lunch: Avocados, Cheddar Cheese, Mushrooms, Eskort Lean Diced Bacon, PnP Fresh Cream, Egg (Whole). Dinner: Cooked Spinach (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Cabbage Salad or Coleslaw with Dressing, Lamb Chop. Snacks/Other: Red Table Wine, Biltong. more...

Throw in 2 non-consecutive fast days to your week. It will help fire up the weight loss :)

If you are on Facebook try adding the group Banting for Beginners. It's an awesome group with lots of recipes and they are really helpful. What is your % fat:proteien:carb? Try keeping it to 70% Fat, 20% proteien and 10% carbs. Don't worry about the 1kg you will loose it in no time.
