Hey Hey!! I feel so good today. Day 4 of Induction - whoo! I have no cravings, I don't feel deprived, I just feel GOOD! Plus, it helps that I stepped on the scale and I've lost 5 lbs. Yesterday my son had bowling league and had a pizza, but I didn't touch it. This morning my mother-in-law brought dunkin donuts over for my son and nephew.....didn't touch them. Instead I had a ham, vegie & cheese omelet with sour cream and salsa and it was delicious. Now it's time to head out to watch little league football, so I'm packing my own food - sliced turkey breast, sliced cheese, lettuce leaves and pork rinds - these should be able to get me through the games without the nachos and sodas. I'm even going to park furthest away from the field that I can so I will have to walk to get there. It's a great day!
Well, football's over, made it through the day and didn't do too bad. Drank lots of water (it was really hot out there today). I'm feeling really optimistic about this first couple of days. Just have to keep on-keeping on.
I do feel like I'm having trouble getting enough calories, however I'm not hungry and I'm full. I'm afraid this will cause me problems. Have to readjust some of my eating I guess.
