Part of my dinner. Whipped cottage cheese & PB apple dip! 113g 1% cottage cheese, 2tbs organic creamy PB (only peanuts & sea salt), 2 stevia pkts, 1/2 Granny Smith apple 🍏.

It probably be terrible for the sugar, but instead of stevia packets I may just had a little bit of caramel drizzle (We got a restaurant container of caramel drizzle sauce that went out of a date from Ryan's work from for free). oh that sounds so good... Ayla loves Granny Smith apples and caramel peanut butter dip sounds like a fun snack to go with them for all the children. It would certainly be a healthier snack than something like a Pop-Tart. Thank you for your fun idea 💡😄. I know that had in caramel instead of stevia packets was not what you had in mind but I have it on hand for free.

this looks really yummy! do you use a hand mixer to whip the cottage cheese? I’d like to try this for my apples :)
