Well, I really ate too much Saturday night late and much of Sunday. Am back on track though. And worked out for an hour and a half today. So hoping that I didn't do too much damage. I will weigh in tomorrow. Still feel great. And even if my weight went up, I know I can do this and get back on track to losing my last couple of pounds.
