1 Low Fat Cheese Stick
1 Protein Shake=
1 cup of zero calorie green tea
1 heaping scoop Soy Protein Powder
1/2 scoop Psyllium
1/2 cup Goat's Milk Plain Yogurt

Snack=
1 Low Fat Cheese Stick
2 sourdough crisp breads (low blood sugar, yikes!)
