LUNCH 2.5 TILAPIA FILETS, ONE MEDIUM APPLE AND 1 PLUM

DINNER 3/4 OF A WHOLE CHICKEN. MIXTURE OF SQUASH , ONION, TOMATOE, CARROTS IN OLIVE OIL COOKED.

GRAPES-2 CUPS AND A MDEIUM SLICE OF CATELOPE
