Had a better day today but felt I was a bit short on energy. Well I just was at the doctors and asked if around 900 calories a day was ok he said it was too low and asked me how much I weigh I said 75kg he said to stand on the scales I said again I weigh 75 but on the scales it said 76.4 I felt deflated Id worked so hard to lose a kilo. I did have my work shoes on and uniform...When I got home I weighed just my shoes and uniform and what did they weigh 1.5 kilos lol I feel better now. A kilo means a lot right? Im sounding a bit obsessed with the scales haha.
