Day 1 on Fat Secret. Getting acquainted with how the App works and what is available both in the App and on-line. As a Weight Watcher, I have found tracking on Weight Watchers a challenge (points plus system doesn't coordinate with other systems). I recently started wearing an XFit Band - it tracks calories along with steps. Fat Secret should help.
