Fun to see no gain and a healthy 3 lb loss. exercise is the most important factor. Teach me to love pain.
268.2 lb Lost so far: 47.4 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Glad you're having good loses and no gains with your plan. Although exercise is very important for me sugar is the larger factor to detail my progress when trying to lose weight. I always exercise to retain muscle mass (I have unnatural decline in muscle degeneration due to MS) but my weight is really effected by exercise itself because I am not able to complete enough to burn that many calories off. Although over the last year I have found out more about exercise in that I need to be focusing more on strength based training and lesson cardio to get the results I'm actually interested in and that many ways I've been working against my goals. Which is very ironic, most of the exercises and movements that I performed over the last couple of years have been cardio based which although burn more calories I want for toning and body composition which is apparently based off strength training and cardio apparently burns more muscle which is apparently what I need... 😬 Oops! But I'm still learning these things. So now instead of jumping jacks I'm more focused on resistance bands and push up prep (wall push ups; my form isn't good enough for proper push ups yet).
