111.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.2 lb a week

I do Zumba 3 - 4 times a week, plus, I lift small weights 2 - 3 times a week. I am 56, and I am not trying to get ripped, I'm just working out to have energy and keep my heart in shape...How about YOU?
