day 10:0( I gained half a pound I don't know why, I didn't cheat I also didn't drink all my water...I also had an ice tea from jack in the box but it said that I could...:,0(
194.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
