day 8 my weigh in was kind of iffy. I weighed, took shorty out and then for some reason decided to weigh again and came out 1lb heavier. I went with the lower number but tomorrow might not be so good.
194.9 lb Lost so far: 7.1 lb.    Still to go: 24.9 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
