I have worked ut 5 days a week and have been on a healthy 'lifestyle' because it is not a diet- diets dont work. I have changed my lifestyle and my eating habits : D So far it is working : D
180.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 15.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 0.7 lb a week
