How do I lower my body fat percentage without losing weight? Is that possible? I want to tirm fat but am at an appropriate weight for my height already. My goal is to increase my muscle content and decrease my stomach fat as much as possible (yes I know you can't spot train). Im having trouble working on my core but I don't really need much work in my legs or arms . Any ideas?
