Just went back to intermittent fasting.I'm only eating between eleven o'clock and seven. It worked well for me last time I tried it, but when I stopped, I found I started snacking in the evening when I have less willpower and I gained weight quickly.
188.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 28.5 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
losing 0.8 lb a week
