Aww, thanks a bunch! I plan on eating lots of fruits and vegetables and starting with some light exercise. With my hypothyroidism, I never have had a problem with losing weight, it's just that I gain it really fast when I get off track. So, I am really looking to change my lifestyle and get on a good, healthy routine. Anyway, thanks again for your support!
