I have lost 5.8 lbs since last tuesday and I can honestly say I feel so much better already. I have noticed a change in my energy... i actually have some now. Who would have thought? Aslo... why won't this journal thing let me write more than one. Why does it make me wait like an hour or something to be able to write another one?
