Back home from vacation
Final damage 4 pounds - when I decide to eat at will it includes eating gluten which I usually avoid and I swear I could eat equal calories with or without gluten

And eating gluten makes me gain weight plus feel like crap

I know I will feel better in a few days
Crazy what we do to ourselves 😐
