The weather is not cooperating. I was doing fine until the weather got real hot - upper 90's to 100. I cannot work outside in this weather for fear of my Crohn's flaring up. Until I settle into my "inside" routine for the summer, my weight will fluctuate. As long as it took me to drop below 230, it is still very aggravating that I have climbed back above it.
