Less than my goal weight! Now I'm just showing off! Lol
139.8 lb Lost so far: 15.2 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ha! actually I had to be 'on the road' yesterday a lot for meetings etc and was bad food-wise but am back on the wagon today. It is a nice feeling though! Mustn't let it all go to waste now I'm here though. So will try and keep recording.

I think it is important to keep recording - if not every day....for most. I stopped recording when I (nearly) reached my goal weight and slowly over about 18 months put back on 37 lbs! Really not good - but like I said the other day, you only have to eat 500 calories over your limit every day and you would put on 52lbs over a year - which is very scary!
