Hi

I have being following the YAYOG book from Mark Lauren for 14 weeks now and I have improved my fitness and put on some muscle.

I do need to burn excess fat though and that is why I think I need to keep track of what I eat, how much and what my progress are.

I have gone down to 73kg in the past but by doing aerobics only and muscle mass was at lot less that desired.

My goal is to reduce fat to very low level and keep muscle mass first and then I will think about adding a bit more muscle.

But I need to reduce that fat level to stay motivated.


I will update my journal with any progress.
