I found this site by accident from another group I belong to on FB. I want to use this for tracking mostly weight. I follow a ketogenic way of eating. I have also lost 2 inches off my waist this week also. I will explore this site more to see if that tracking feature is available. Thank you for the support! :-)
This week instead of following macro counts in MFP, I just ate until I was satisfied and walked away. I didn't loose as much as I had hoped since last Friday but, I lost a little weight and inches so I am very pleased. I look forward to and a feel more comfortable with going back to MFP this week to track my macros. Have a glorious holiday weekend everyone. <3
