starting today after having baby zayd!

Need to get a new weighing scale and need to come up with a diet that is non-constipating.

Need to have my omega 3's regularly

Need to get in at least half an hour of exercise. Involving Zayd.

Need to drink 2 bottles of 1.5litre water
152.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 8.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
