Back after the long weekend! I got out for a 5k walk/jog, so that was good. I haven't weighed myself for a bit. Truth be told, I think I'm about the same based on the way my clothes feel. I am getting back on track for the next couple of days after having some tummy issues, so I'm going to see how that levels out.
It's amazing how when you have been tracking foods and go off-track for a long weekend how your body almost 'rebels'. Even when you are conscientious of your intake on the 'naughty' things.
Getting back on track, need to more exercise and will weigh in, in a day or two. Giving myself some grace right now.
I hope when you get off track for whatever reason, you also extend yourself some grace. Happy Hump Day everyone!
