I loaded this app on my Android phone yesterday. I hope it will be useful in helping me keep an eye on my calories. I tend to binge a bit on weekends. So this should help me keep track of the calories much better.
My heaviest...232 pounds. To say I didn't care what I ate or weighed would be pretty accurate. My office offered a life style education plan and it had a cash incentive of 300$. I jumped on it.
Over the course of 2 years of education and exercise and eventually caloric limitation I lost 50 pounds. My lowest weight was 181.
I have slacked off a bit lately and allowed some weight to come back on. I'd like to hover between 185 and 190. I have decided to monitor my calories again. My wife and I are planning to start exercising but haven't motivated each other to actually start it.
August is the month and I will start going back to the Y for some elliptical action and some light weight lifting. We have talked about yoga as well.
