I guess I'mma be stuck forever. Dang it!

The more weight we lose the slower it becomes. After a while of eating in a deficit the body can get diet fatigue. A week or two of eating at maintenance can help. Slightly lowering your calories (not much) or adding some walking in can help as well. Be patient you are doing great!

I'm hoping like crazy you're just not logging food you've eaten, because if this is all you're eating I feel terrible for you. I'm hungry just reading it! I plateau a lot myself, 2 steps forward, 1 step back. I'm just chillin. At least I'm not going up, right?

I didn't know y'all could see what I eat. Lol! No, I don't log everything on most days. On days I eat well I log everything. Hahaha!
