Just jotting down some thoughts for this round. Going consistently low carb seems so much harder than it did 10 years ago : / So I'm going to give myself a little leeway and see what happens

M-Thursday - 50 net carbs or less a day
Fri-Sun - 100 net carbs or less a day

How to do this when we serve carbs for dinner for Husband and Child though, without undoing all the work we've been doing to convince our 5 year old that dinner is what's on the table :p Blarg. I don't necessarily want something different. I could pick and choose (easy enough to do a bowl on quesadilla night), but if we do a casserole or something? Maybe I take a very small portion and then supplement with another protein...
