It has been very difficult to stay on plan this week because my friends and I have been celebrating my birthday with outings involving food for the past week. However, even though I overate several times, I tried to stay on track every other day. As a result, I lost two pounds! Getting rid of those two pounds left me very hungry at night with no calories left for a snack. But it was worth it!
171.0 lb Lost so far: 19.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
