This weigh in was done on Friday, but I forgot to add it. I maintained which is good, but I just returned from Muskoka last night and there I ate pretty much what I wanted when I wanted, so this week will be different for sure. Having said that, we really didn't eat any junk food at the cottage, but my portions were bigger and I did indulge in some coolers (full of sugar). Oh yeah, I actually did have a couple oreo's and some ice cream there, but it could have been worse! Must get back on track! Also, don't think that I updated my journal last week when I did level 3 on Tuesday and level 2 on Thursday.
