Total cheat night: pizza! And strawberry upside down cake with whip cream! Omg no regrets. 😜 Back on it today.
153.6 lb Lost so far: 14.4 lb.    Still to go: 3.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1042 kcal Fat: 55.15g | Prot: 54.17g | Carb: 86.23g.   Breakfast: Bacon, Hard-Boiled Egg, Coffee with Cream and Sugar. Lunch: Mayonnaise , Ham (Boneless, Extra Lean and Regular, Cured, Roasted), Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner: Jicama, President's Choice Medium Cheddar Cheese Slice, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables (Including Tomatoes and/or Carrots), Corn Tortillas, Great Value Beef Burgers. Snacks/Other: Muffins (with Low Fat 2% Milk) . more...

In the interest of positivity, and improving relationships with food, I like to frame those as “Treat Meals” rather than “Cheat Meals”. Cheating implies “bad”. Something that must be atoned for. Treating on the other hand is positive and a reward for a job well done. It’s a silly little change, but can make a difference for some people. 😎

Agreed. Language is important. I’m in for the occasional “treat meal”! Thx for suggestion @stomachmonkey!

Thx Carol. You made me look back. I’ve been here almost two years so an occasional treat - yes! PS It was cool to look back at my entries and recorded weights years ago. Its definitely easier now to make “mostly” healthier food choices. :)
