I just read over my journal entries for the past five years. I'm right at about the same weight I was then. the only dip was when Bill and I were on the Dukan Diet and I really lost a lot of weight and kept it off for quite awhile. Now I'm back on the 1200 calories diet to try to see if I can lose weight. My biggest challenge is how sedentary I am. I am using a fitbit and Laraine and Ellen and I challenge each other constantly to see who has the most steps. I'm always the loser! IT's partly because I have so much writing and computer work to do, but I really don't make an effort to get out and move. I really just don't want to. But I guess I have to decide which is more important to me. Sitting or losing weight. Anyway, I am so happy to see how this journal documents this weight loss and gain journey. D
