Just writing this out.. I really want chips and veggie dip but I know if I do 6 chips and 2 T of dip that ain’t gonnna cut it. I could do 1T of pb but why? It’s 825 pm I have a 1400 cal deficit. I’ve drank almost a gallon of water, I have 9k steps. I’m just going to have some more water, try and walk around for a thousand more steps and heat up my coffee, yes I can still drink coffee at night…, and then go to bed in one hour and 20 mins. I got this. Want to try and watch Gonzaga but idk if I can make it 😂. I had a hard day at work but really a hard week and tbh it’s been a wild 2.5 years at work. But, such as life. Onward and upward. 💥

Drank my gallon, did my 10k steps and almost finished w my coffee. Put the dishes away and put the clothes in the dryer. No snacking. I got this. Tomorrow is leg day. 😖😭🤦♀️🤷🏻♀️😜
