fond memories of these 🤤 a neighbor showed me how to make them at home!! only 5 ingredients and no sugar or added oils. Delicious 😍😋

Sure Nana! This is a forgiving and easily adaptable recipe. Have fun. 3c rolled oats 3/4c natural (zero sugar) peanut butter 1/3c Lankato maple syrup 2 whole eggs Pinch of salt ------------------- 1. Toss everything in a bowl and mix. 2. Transfer to a 9x9 pan and press firmly. (Line with parchment paper if you have some) 3. Bake at 350° for approx 15 min. Let cool completely before cutting into squares or rectangles. *Substitutions are endless, but I like to replace 1/2c of the oats with 1/2c of protein powder.
