TGIF been a long, long week at work. I am ready to get this day over with. My bestie wants to do something tonight. We haven't hung out since the falling out. But I can let it go and she seems in a better place. I can't say that when I was depressed that I was the best person to be around.

Whenever heavy people spew hatred and misery, I remind myself that they are likely not feeling well and are pissed off at themselves for their lack of self-control. So if your BFF has dropped some pounds, she’s probably in a better place mentally and can be rational rather than jealous. I’d be cautious with her but open to any explanation she might give (eventually) about her prior outburst.
