Day 2 of returning to a healthy lifestyle. Tried staying within 1500 calories. Alittle over but not to shabby for day 1. Total carbs was 52, but net carbs was 35. So kept that goal of carbs under 50. Exercising at moment is very limited as I'm only 5 weeks out of major surgery. I still am not allowed to lift 10lbs or over. Surprised I am able to get out of sitting position. Man does the pain hurt. Will be getting an elatic binder for abdomen to easy pain. For some odd reason compression on surgical area helps ease the pain. Anyhow, enough crying...LOL.
