I eat high glycemic fruit about 1-2 per week. The rest of the time only frozen berries. I still eat yogurt and butter but no more milk, cream, cream cheese and very rarely eat cheese. I am getting less hungry as now the weather is good and I've been biking, jogging and hiking about 4-5 times a week. Usually I am outside for 2 hours at a time but today I cycled past the city limits!! There are so many hills so I guess this counts as interval training. I also walk everywhere. Haven't noticed the loss yet, but I am patient and using measurement tape this time. Been reading that high cortisol makes you gain in your trunk so now I only drink one coffee per day, no milk, just soy milk, no sugar. Taking Vit C supplements , Chlorella and Spirulina Bioflavonoids and vitamin C have a role to play in supporting the health of the adrenal glands. As a matter of fact, it is depleted from the adrenal glands upon the secretion of corticosteroids. It also helps to increase corticosteroid production and decreases the body’s sensitivity to the antigen. I am wondering if I only gained weight due to stress in my life and lack of movement, diet didn't play such a role since I've been eating healthy since I was a kid. Could stress be a major cause of weight gain? I know some people lose weight when stressed. Hmm Also have to say going dairy free does wonders for your digestion and skin! No bloating anymore!
