I don't know what your restrictions are, I'm very low carb. Taco craving fix....1/3 cup shredded cheese of choice. Drop on baking pan, parchment paper lined, bake 400 5ish minutes...however crispy you want. Lay a wooden spoon across 2 glasses, when melted cheese comes out, drape it to form then let cool
