Weigh In record (no journal entry) for 30 April 2015
199.8 lb Lost so far: 75.5 lb.    Still to go: 4.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 12.6 lb a week

Nothing to be Jealous of, progress is progress. if you look at my weight history it pretty much just shows the difference of my weight when I am eating clean vs eating bad. Having a wedding to go to in 3 weeks, haven't seen the family since I was 280. seeing how low i can get for that, and not binge eat like i seem to like to do. On a side note 280 to 200 from Aug to Dec by just eating clean, and no working out. What I have learned is, it is all about what you put into your body, and not how much. Most "diets" would tell me i'm doing it wrong because i consume way too many calories. Well the only thing that matters is the source of the calories.

U are absolutely right! It's all about what type of calories you consume. I eat a lot more than the average girl and a lot of ppl comment on how fequently I eat (5 to 6 small meals a day) but that's worked for me and I feel great. I'm happy someone sees eye to eye with me about caloric intake and types of food!have fun showing off your new body at the wedding! I would!
