Was funny today. We had a health screening @ work to get a discount on how much our contribution toward our health ins is. The do a finger prick screen for various things. My HDL was somewhere way over 100 so it wouldn't register either my hdl and ldl. They even re-did it and were really surprised. I liked that one. Will get it done officially later maybe in May at docs office. I turned down that health coaching that they offer as it's all over the phone.

That's great on your HDL levels, they're much higher than mine. Coconut oil has helped mine. My employer raised our contribution towards health insurance but getting a health screening reduces the increase.

jmb, I really don't have a number. The HDL was too high to register on their screening machine. Will get a physical in the next month or so and get some accurate numbers from my doc. I thought it was funny that they could not cope with something more than someone being low.
