Yesterday, I weighted in at 276 lbs. with 35.9 percent body fat and fat mass of 103 lbs. Just so all know I'm using hybrid version of Lindora's low carb and high protein diet. I can pretty much eat anything but I stick to portion amounts and count calories, fat, carbs, and protein. My calories are less than 1000 or so, carbs are kept to around 50 grams, and protein is between 75 and 100. On Mondays its all protein day, and then go back to my regular food intake.
276.0 lb Lost so far: 6.0 lb.    Still to go: 76.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 10.5 lb a week
