I’m at 273 workouts for the year! Just completed a treadmill workout and I while I usually walk fast or incline walk almost every day, I haven’t ran/jogged in months. I surprised myself because I was able to push a jog for two 90 second pushes. Guess what? My knee did not buckle and my heart did not implode. 😌 I’m excited about that and will be working on increasing my running stamina. It’s always been my weak area. Happy New Year FS friends! Try not to focus on things not accomplished in 2022 as much as what is possible in 2023. 🥳
