12 days into this new program. I previously did myfitnesspal, which allowed me 1400 calories. FS allows 1700. I reach probably 80% of my RDI. I worked out 2x last week and 3 x this week and I GAINED 2lbs!!!!

I guess I'm going to start taking measurements.
