Well going off Atkins showed me that it really works, not only did I have massive cravings but I was hungry all of the time! I just wanted food all of the time and if I did not get back on track I know that I would gain everything back and probably more. I am not saying that I will never cheat again, I just can not go on a multi day cheat of McDonalds and DQ all the same day.
