I would have done better if "Easter" hadn't arrived yesterday.

I had ordered something from Sherri's Berries; it was supposed to be delivered 4/3, but didn't arrive until yesterday. I couldn't pass up the meltaway cookies. Today is another day though, and I have nowhere to go but down, down, down. Funny isn't it? Normally when one sets a goal it's to go UP!

This challenge, and a couple other things are going to help me pull my head out of the funk I'm living in. Depression sucks. I'm tired of eating it, it's time to start trying for the other kind of feel goods - the kind with positive long lasting effects.

I can do this!
197.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 7.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
