Na, vielleicht wird es nun wieder besser -
125.2 lb Lost so far: 2.6 lb.    Still to go: 10.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1365 kcal Fat: 82.45g | Prot: 63.26g | Carb: 97.97g.   Breakfast: Milch 1,5%, Layenberger Low Carb Müsli, Kaffee. Lunch: Tomaten, Eisbergsalat, Chicoree, Spiegelei, K-Classic Wiener Würstchen, Rama Culinesse Buttergeschmack. Dinner: Kaufland Fettarmer Joghurt Mild 1,5% Fett, Haferflocken, Banane, Chia-Samen, Honig. Snacks/Other: Schlagsahne (Geschlagen), Speiseeis, Leerdammer Schwarzer Pfeffer-Chili. more...
