@NavyWife…mine is 170g O% Fage yogurt, 1/4c unsweetened pumpkin purée, 1tbs SF maple syrup, 2 stevia pkts, pumpkin pie spice and nutmeg. The apple is 1/2 honey crisp. Toppings…today pepitas and chopped walnuts (14g total combined)
