I have been doing LCHF (low carb, high fat) for about a month and have lost 7.5 lbs. I've given myself a goal of losing another 7.5 lbs by May 9th. I am in my sister's wedding in June and May 9th is my first dress fitting.
I have come to realize that I am more accountable, as far as working out, when I write my schedule down for the week. I'm training to run a 10K in October, so there will be quite a bit of running in my schedule.
