A happy bowl of beef, rice, carrots, tomatoes, spinach and gravy. Having my protein drink with dinner. Had chowder and big protein bar for lunch. At about 1500 cal for the day. Rolled my ankle walking to the bathroom with a dead foot. Impressive 🙄

Ginome I was drooling a bit too. 😅 My ankle gave a big pop but no snap so I’m just being extra nice to it. I’m a bit clutzy. Thank you 😊
