So I finished the 2 week sugar and carb detox. I lost about 10lbs. I plan on continuing the general idea of this eating plan - which is basically eat lots of veggies, limit the carbs (brown rice normally but going to swap in whole grain pasta at times for variety), avocados and nuts as snacks, only using olive oil for dressings and cooking... and a protein fruit smoothie in the morning. I'm not missing too much. I did add back in 1 cup of coffee per day with my sugar free creamer. it's still got corn syrup but it's really the only source of that kind of sugar (the only other really being the fruit in the smoothie) that I have so... yeah. So far so good?
158.7 lb Lost so far: 3.3 lb.    Still to go: 23.7 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.2 lb a week
