A week before menstruation was challenging as i was heavy by 3 lbs . After the 2nd day of my menstruation my weight dropped by 3 lbs! I realized that during mens, women are heavier than other days
115.6 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 5.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
